Advisory brings an operator's perspective — the result of decades spent building and leading institutional platforms across credit, real assets, and operating businesses.
Oak Stone Capital is the platform's investment arm. As an independent sponsor, it sources, structures, and leads private equity transactions across real assets and operating companies, bringing private investment opportunities to qualified, accredited investors. Capital pairs disciplined underwriting with hands-on involvement well beyond the initial investment — through capital structure, governance, and strategic guidance.
