Oak Stone Capital, in association with Oak Stone Advisory and Oak Stone Capital Management, has begun pre-marketing the first of its two planned funds for 2025. Oak Stone Development Fund I LP is a $25mm residential real estate focused fund being offered in partnership with one of our premier operating partners, Hillsen Homes. The fund will focus on the re-development and disposition of near luxury homes in the Park Cities and surrounding area of the DFW Metroplex utilizing common platform architecture with a primary focus on 50 and 60 foot lot widths.
